This week we discuss Sylvie’s Love, a throwback to those hopelessly romantic movies of the ’50s & ’60s, (Breakfast at Tiffany’s; An Affair to Remember, etc) except this one has a black cast. Sylvie’s Love is about a young woman with some pretty big dreams of her own who falls for an aspiring jazz musician and their romance which begins one summer but ends up outlasting all that time and space has to throw at them. Tune in to hear our thoughts on whether or not this love story hits all the right notes or goes off-key.
