The King of Country Trap

This week the spotlight belongs to BRELAND, a super talented singer/songwriter/producer and up and coming star on the country music scene. I am anointing him the kind of the hybrid genre country-trap. No, I did not make that genre up. But after listening to his smooth soulful smooth vocals across some country/hip hop beats it fits. I first heard of BRELAND last year. He was a quarantine discovery and someone who has helped reawaken my love of country music. His biggest hit today has been the song “My Truck” which peaked at #26 on the Country Billboard charts and had a remix with Sam Hunt. He has also collabed with country heavyweight Keith Urban, several times, Mickey Guyton, and Laura Alaina. I am very interested to see where BRELAND’s career is headed and hope that he continues to be one of the fresh new voices and faces of country music. Hopefully, he will help open country music up to a wider audience and maybe those who are turned off by the genre’s lack of diversity. Tune in below to hear more of the awesome BRELAND. Hope you enjoy…CHEERS 🍷🍷
