It’s Your Lucky Daye

Lucky Daye is a singer/songwriter/producer from New Orleans. He is one of the artists at the forefront of alternative r&b genre. He’s a throwback to an era gone by. He reminds me of an artist from the 70’s /80’s.

I first heard Lucky Daye’s music when it was featured on the show Insecure. I truly became a fan when his song Roll Some Mo was featured on the soundtrack for the movie Photograph. My fandom was cemented with the release of his Table for Two, an EP of duets with all female artists featuring Yebba, Ari Lennox, Mahalia, Tiana Major and more.
