In honor of the release of her My Life documentary on Amazon, we are throwing it back to Mary J. Blige, the Queen of Hip Hop Soul. I am a huge Mary J. Blige fan. Although I must admit I kinda lost track of her album releases and career and making this playlist has given me a new appreciation for her greatness, her music, and her talent. I have discovered and some and quite underrated gems and fallen back in love with some old favorites. I also highly recommend watching the documentary if you not yet done so.
