Usher Confessing His Bad Habits

Usher has released four songs so far this year (‘“I Cry” Sex Beat-featuring Lil John, and “Don’t Waste My Time” with Ella Mai) including his latest “Bad Habits” . Maybe a new album is on the way to accompany his Vegas residency (July 2021)? Of his four songs, “Bad Habits” is my favorite and the best one. It (re)captures the vibe of his Confessions album. Throughout the track, which samples “Computer Love”, Usher laments his inability to fully commit to his love, due to his “Bad Habit” of cheating and repeating mistakes of the past.

“I love love, I’m just bad at it/I just can’t escape all of these bad habits,” “I had way too many one nights, yeah/I keep messin’ up my love life.”
